1. Will my payment be safe online?

Secure payments are made through the Stripe payment system. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. By using any of Stripe's client libraries, you are automatically compliant with the strictest PCI requirements. They actively work to protect you from fraudulent charges and monitor suspicious transactions.
We also encourage you to research your seller's reputation and make sure you have the right URL address. Always log out of sites you have entered personal information into. Closing the browser is not enough.
2. Can I send an order to another country?
At the moment FULLGUARD will only be posted to locations within Australia and New Zealand. Please check out (Product link from MMA Fight Store).
3. When can I expect to receive my order?
Approximately 2-7 working business days. All parcels are posted from the Sydney Metropolitan Region through Australia Post (Parcel Post ONLY).

4. Does FULLGUARD offer wholesale pricing?

Yes, we offer wholesales prices to academies, clubs and gyms. This way your members can save on postage costs as well as provide an extra source of revenue for your club. Please contact us for further information on wholesale prices.
5. How is the quality of FULLGAURD controlled during manufacturing?
FULLGUARD 2 in 1 Hair + Body is manufactured in Australia. We ensure that the highest quality ingredients are sourced and used in the manufacture process. We go to great lengths to make sure each batch is consistent by using top quality production methods. Quality is assured as our laboratory has Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA), Australian Certified Organic (ACO) and Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) Accreditations.
6. What is the best way to use FULLGUARD?
FULLGUARD 2 in 1 Hair + Body is a full-body wash which can also be used on your hair and body. It should be used within 90 minutes of completing your workout. The longer you wait, the more time harmful bacteria and germs have time to colonise on your skin.
8. Is FULLGUARD safe to use on sensitive skin?
FULLGUARD 2 in 1 Hair + Body is a skin friendly formula. Consult a Doctor before using FULLGUARD 2 in 1 Hair + Body if you suffer from eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, contact dermatitis or any ragweed allergies. If your skin has a bad reaction to FULLGUARD, discontinue use immediately. Consult your GP or Doctor to establish whether you have experienced an irritation or an allergy.
9. Can the ingredients in FULLGUARD damage the skins healthy bacteria?

All soaps can damage healthy skin bacteria. Completely depleting your healthy skin bacteria can be very harmful to your health. Do not go overboard when it comes to cleaning your skin, it is after all your biggest organ. We use mild surfactants as a direct substitute to Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLS). SLS can dissolve the natural oils on your skin, which gives you the dry skin effect sometimes experienced after showering. All ingredients used in our formula are used specifically to preserve your natural skin oils.
10. What happens if I have an adverse effect to FULLGUARD?

Discontinue use immediately. If necessary, consult your GP or Doctor to establish whether you have experienced an irritation or an allergy.
11. How long does a 250ml bottle of FULLGUARD last?

The amount of washes a 250ml bottle of FULLGUARD 2 in 1 Hair + Body can last for depends on a variety of factors such as: Your body size, the amount of times you shower in a day and the amount of body wash you prefer to use per application.
